Energy - An X-Factor In The Holistic Approach To Achieving And Maintaining Optimal Health

Those who are health conscious would almost unanimously agree that, for optimal health, a proper diet, proper rest, proper exercise and stress management are all essential.  Few would argue that despite these well known facts, optimal health remains as elusive as ever.  Diets are compromised by mineral depleted soil and polluted water -- making it an uphill climb for achieving the proper nutrition while facing the threat of illness due to the ingestion of contaminants and pollutants.  Our ability to obtain restful sleep and relaxation is under seige as a result of the 21st century lifestyle of telephones, texting, email and other social networking, in conjunction with environmental noise and anxiety brought on by stress.  The pressures of a high cost of living and the desire to indulge in all of the rat race aspects of climbing the career ladder are the main culprits which prevent us from allocating the time for getting the proper exercise and for causing us to become and to remain stressed out. 

There is an x-factor which is ignored and not accounted for in the conventional wisdom associated with the holistic approach to obtaining optimal health.  This ignored factor is the body's need for and use of energy in bringing about and maintaining optimal health.   Modern science confirms that our bodies constantly use energy in the form of neuro peptides, neuro impulses and neuro-transmitters to create an energy network for cell regeneration and communication between the brain and cells in order to foster coordinated functionality.  It is this cell regeneration and unrestricted functionality which give the body the capability to heal itself without reliance upon chemical drugs or invasive surgery.  Since the body has the capability to heal itself, this assertion begs the question, why are we still such a sick society, physically, mentally and emotionally?  The answer is the aforementioned improper diet, rest, exercise and stress management, along with a tendency to rely on treatments that only mask symptoms and that do not provide remedies for the underlying causes. 

The next question that begs an answer is how can someone address his/her energy needs in order to incorporate energy into the holistic optimal group of four?  An energy makeover will address those needs either as one of five methods or as some combination thereof.  The makeover methods range form being an ancient practice, to two contemporary objects, to two state-of-the-art technologies.  An overview of each is as follows:   

Reiki:
 
Reiki is an ancient healing practice which requires that a Master/Practictioner call upon the universal life force energy, which in turn passes through him/her and is then channeled to the recipient by the laying on of hands.  The concept of universal life force energy is as old as human culture itself.   In ancient Egypt the Pyramid Priests called it Sekhem (Kemet) or Bayuali (Dogon).  In ancient India the Hindus called it Prana.  In China it was referred to as Ch'i and in Japan it was referred to as Ki.  The practice of channeling universal life force energy has been sustained in the tantric tradition by being passed down from Master to devotee, with devotee becoming Master and so forth. 

Most Reiki practices here in the United States are affiliated with the Usui/Hayashi/Takata lineage which originated in Japan and eventually spread to Hawaii where Madam Hawayo Takata westernized and popularized both the teaching and practice of Reiki.  I, Miles Williams, have been a Reiki Master since 2003.  The question that I am asked most is "Is Reiki like faith healing"?  My response is that it is similar with respect to the laying on of hands (excluding distant interactions which are done using visualization instead of the laying on of hands); but while faith healing requires that the recipient have faith, Reiki does not.  Universal life force energy can be channeled to anyone regardless of belief system or faith therein.  This is not to imply that Reiki does not have spiritual roots.  To the contrary, it is rooted in all of the spiritual traditions of Buddhist selflessness and compassion.  Madam Takata's Five Spiritual Principles of Reiki -- which are 1) just for today, I will not anger, 2) just for today, I will not worry, 3) just for today, I will give thanks for my many blessings, 4) just for today, I will do my work diligently and honestly and 5) just for today, I will be kind to my neighbor and to every living being -- are a sterling example of that Buddhist spiritual tradition. 

Even with Reiki's well established and distinguished tradition and my own unshaken confidence in it, I cannot always convince others that it has great merit when it comes to bringing about relaxation, the elimination of stress and setting the stage for the body to heal itself.  Reiki gets a bad rap -- by many who are unenlightened and unobjective -- as being a form of superstition because it does not have a foundation in modern science or Christianity.  On that note, here is yet another controversial source of energy which comes into play for consideration. 

Orgone Energy Blanket:

Orgone Energy is the very same universal life force energy that the ancients recognized and which Reiki channels.  Dr. Wilheim Reich, an Austrian Psycho-analyst, is given credit for introducing the concept of universal life force energy -- to the American public through his writings, experiments and orgone accumulator invention -- between the years 1937 to 1957.  The American scientific community rejected what he had to offer and the FDA was responsible for banning his work and burning his publications and notes.  His imprisonment, for contempt of court for allegedly failing to abide by a court order not to transport an orgone accumulator across a state line, ultimately led to his death.  This scenario sounds like something out of the 16th Century Protestant Reformation rather than something from recent 20th Century "land of the free and the home of the brave". 

Since Dr. Reich's demise, products based on the orgone energy concept have come into prominence.  Some of these products take this controversial concept even further and flirt with the boundaries of reasonableness.  One such product is the orgone generator.  Not being a trained scientist I cannot determine whether an orgone generator is a legitimate concept or a hoax.  Since orgone energy is all pervasive existing in the atmosphere, in the human body and even in the vacuum of outer-space, one has to wonder why there would be a need to generate such energy at all -- in the same manner one would have to appreciate why there is not a need to generate sunlight, sand, air or sea water which are abundant but not all pervasive.  It never ceases to amaze me what some people and some institutions will do for name recognition and to make a commodity of and to put a price tag on that which by nature can be beneficial to all living beings and even to defame that which is sacred. 

The orgone energy blanket is base on the orgone accumulator concept.  It is a queen size, 3-ply, blanket that naturally accumulates atmospheric orgone energy without the need for electricity either by power cord or batteries.  Because it has the ability to shield against any harmful electromagnetic radiation or electrostatic fields while allowing the body access to orgone energy and its own infrared and extra high frequency emissions, it facilitates the body's own natural repair, release of stress, reduction of pain, recharge of depeleted bio-energy and enhancement of the immune system.  Enshrouding oneself in the orgone energy blanket for as little as 15 minutes can produce a relaxed feeling of well-being.  This blanket also lends itself to working in a synergetic manner with other methods in the energy makeover group.

SCENAR-COSMODIC Technologies:

The Let Medical Model EX735AG MODIFIC incorporates two types of technology into one device.  Both technologies are Russian in origin and were developed and refined by Dr. Alexander Karasev for the Russian Space Program.  Each technology was meant to address the needs of cosmonauts who spend prolong periods of time in space without the benefits of conventional food, normal exercise or access to medicine or medical practitioners.  This device is state of the art, very small (about the size of a large mobile phone) and has become a hit among world class athletes who are under extreme pressure  to heal, to overcome pain and to return to the top of their games.  

This device is reputed to be the best of its kind in the world.  Each technology is listed as biofeedback by the FDA.  There are some SCENAR devices that are listed for pain management as a TENS (an acronym for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) device or as an EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulator) device.  As will be explained in succeeding paragraphs SCENAR technology is aimed at the regulation of neuro signals in order to encourage pain cessation and to enable healing throughout the entire body and not specifically for nerves or muscles, while COSMODIC technology is aimed at stimulating energy in order to promote tissue regeneration and to amplify the healing vibration throughout the entire body and not specifically for nerves or muscles.  So the EX735AG MODIFIC would be mis-classified as a TENS or an EMS device.  To compare SCENAR-COSMODIC technology to TENS/EMS technology would be like comparing a prototype of the Pentagon's latest fighter aircraft to a bi-plane crop duster.  The disparity in the price of these two different types of technologies is equally as great. 

SCENAR is an acronym for Self-controlled Energy Neuro Adaptive Regulation.  The technology is holistic in nature, but because it does not offer a diagnosis, it does not profess to engage in any specific kind of treatment.  As mentioned in the previous paragraph SCENAR technology is aimed at the regulation of neuro signals in order to encourage pain cessation and to enable healing throughout the entire body.  The EX735AG obtains a neuro signal as biofeedback from the body.  It provides the body with a coordinated energy response.  The body reconciles that energy response to its needs and applies it for the purpose of healing itself.  SCENAR technology is fast, effective and safe for adults, children, infants and pets.                   

COSMODIC technology, like SCENAR technology, does not offer a diagnosis and as such does not profess to address any specific type of treatment.  It was developed to bring about the regeneration of tissue while preventing the formation of scar tissue.  As previously mentioned, it also stimulates energy to bring about tissue regeneration and amplifies the healing vibration throughout the entire body.  It differs from SCENAR technology in one major respect and that is that it has a direct interface with the body's central nervous system, while the SCENAR technology interfaces with individual or groups of nerves.  As such, COSMODIC technology organizes it own pipeline or conduit for the flow of energy from brain to nerves to cell tissue in order to bring about regeneration.  As a technology, it too is fast, effective and safe for adults, children, infants and pets.

It is worth mentioning that not only are both technologies suited for instigating the fomentation of cell regeneration, the alleviation or cessation of pain, the improvement of immune response and the bringing about of healing through the generation and regulation of bio-energy, but each are equally suited for allowing desirous cosmetic conditions to transpire -- conditions such as face-lifting, wrinkle reduction or elimination and skin aging prophylaxis.  Both are known to move the body toward a state of general well-being which includes good sleep, good appetite, good energy level and a good mood. 

Soft/Cold Laser Technology:

The next component of the energy makeover group is the Scalar Wave Laser.  Laser is an acronym for Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation.  The emissions are photons which are elementary light particles.  The top of the line lasers carry the light particle basic concept one step further by employing the use of Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) in order to expand and to ratchet up the healing process.  Because LEDs use longer wavelengths (towards the red end of the spectrum, near infrared in fact), they more deeply penetrate tissue. 

The Scalar Wave Laser is a fully digital and programmable laser with 16 laser diodes and 20 LED diodes and more than 100 pre-set frequency settings.  It is small (about the size of a cordless phone) and can operate on an A/C cord or rechargable batteries.  Like most soft/cold or low frequency lasers, it is approved by the FDA for musculoskeletal disorders such as carpal tunnel syndrome and tendonitis.  The Scalar Wave Laser, like other similar lasers, is FDA listed for experminental research is areas such as weight loss and smoking cessation.  Because it does not offer a diagnosis, it does not profess to engage in any type of treatment. 

This state of the art laser, which is consider to be the very best of its kind in the world, is excellently suited to supply light emissions for the body to regenerate its cells, relieve its pain, heal its injuries, enhance its immune response, rejuvenate its glands, activate its lymph, reduce its swelling where it may occur,  improve its blood flow and counter the aging process.  As a component in an energy makeover, the laser will be used to cause the production of ATP (Adenosine triphosphate) which in turn will stimulate and energize the cells and help them to carry out normal functions.  Exposure to the laser's light emissions for this purpose will set up the recipient for a boon when he/she reaps all or most of the aforementioned benefits when the body heals itself.

Tachyon Energy:

A Tachyon is an all pervasive, faster than light, devoid of frequency, and pre-energy subatomic particle.  It is the first offspring derived from the zero point energy field.  A Tachyon is the building block of all subatomic particles.  Tachyon Energy allows the body's Subtle Organizing Energy Field (SOEF) to attune with nature's Quantum Energy Field which allows our bodies to reconnect to the source.  Through the resulting alignment of energies both healing and spiritual empowerment can be achieved.

As an energy makeover method, Tachyon Energy will be used in the conventional sense for re-energizing the Quantum part of the DNA strand.  In this role it can be used in conjunction with the preceding energy makeover methods.  In order to bring about the re-energizing of the Quantum part of DNA, the session Master will use a Tachyon Wand.  The wand is made of specially charged pyrex glass which allows it to retain the bio-imprints from previous encounters, which in turn will enable it to grow stronger with each succeeding use.

Tachyon Energy can also be used for pain elimination.  According to Gabriel Cousens, MD "When a system in a state of disorder is subjected to a focused form of Tachyon, the system will move back to a state of balance."  Positive entropy is defined as chaos, disorder or disease.  Negative entropy is defined as balance or order.

In the role of pain elimination Tachyon Energy will be used as a stand-alone method.  In order to implement the process of pain elimination, the session Master will apply three 35mm Tachyonized Ultra Micro-Disk to the area of pain which will be pre-treated with Tachyon Panther Juice.  The 35mm disks are made of laminated pure silica material which are attached to the area in need of pain elimination through the use of Hypoallergenic Cell-Dotts.  Tachyon Panther Juice is made from a blend of vitamin B complex and the herb arnica.

As long as the 35mm disks are applied to the area of pain, they will attract energy to the SOEF.  The SOEF converts Tachyon into usable bio-energy.  It is this usable bio-energy that is responsible for pain elimination and that allows the body to heal itself.

Life is all about choices and making the appropriate decisions!

It is a well known fact that today's economy does not always accord us the luxury of having self-indulgent outlets and engaging in the most healthy lifestyle.  Often I am told by prospective recipients that a certain energy makeover method seems interesting but that a tight budget precludes any sort of an undertaking of that particular method. Thus far, I have heard this from males, females, the young, the middle-aged and the elderly alike.
