At Energy Makeover Services (that's energy as in bio-energy and not as in oil company or public utility), as holistic practitioners, we take holistic practices very seriously.  Therefore, we are pleased to offer the standalone spreadsheet application, Holistic Health Regimen and Schedule.  It is in spreadsheet form because of the widespread familiarity with the use of spreadsheets and  Gnumeric's  offering should not disappoint in terms of simplicity, ease of use and capabilities for analyzing and summarizing.  Although this application runs on a modified Gnumeric engine, it is an executable file  and does not require the end-user to have  Gnumeric installed on his/her computer.  Because Gnumeric is offered under open source GNU GPL, Holistic Health Regimen and Schedule is obliged to allow the end-user full latitude to personally modify this spreadsheet as he/she thinks would be appropriate.  The workbook is not protected and all formulae are visible for those who feel inclined to make personal modifications. 

The application has two major sections The first and most extensive is the the setup or place of data entry for the three categories of a holistic practice which are Exercise, Prayer-Meditation and Scripture-Reading/Chanting.  Input entries for these categories are made for morning, afternoon and evening for each day of a one-week period.  The input consist of minutes spent on the various practices and the level of intensity for each enumerated practice.  At the end of that one-week period, the user can view an analysis of  that week for hours spent on practice in each category with those hours broken-down by the three types of intensity  Light, Moderate and Vigorous.  If the actual practice differed significantly from the schedule, adjustments can be made at the end of the week before beginning the new week.  Percentages are computed and applied to express the hours under each type of intensity to the total hours for that particular category. 

The other major section is the log of usage of dietary supplements and/or medication.  The end-user can enter up to a total of 30 different dietary supplements  and/or medications for tracking over a week and to carry that tracking forward into subsequent weeks, thereby maintaing a record of perpetual usage and quantities on-hand.  It is also worth noting that an alert is generated whenever any supplement or medication reaches less than 25% of full content.  The following screen shots below will give you an idea of how the spreadsheet looks when populated with data:
